Will Holley is a Director at Mercury/Clark & Weinstock, where he focuses on public affairs primarily in the technology and telecom sectors. In this line of work, Will is able to draw on his significant experience in political campaigns, government, and non-profits to help design and execute public affairs campaigns aimed at creating favorable political and policy environments for client priorities.
Will began his career in President George W. Bush’s White House where he worked in the Office of the Press Secretary under then-Deputy Press Secretary Dana Perino. Will left the White House to manage a congressional campaign in West Virginia, and upon his return to Washington, went to work as press secretary to Congressman Scott Garrett (R-NJ). Will was recruited back to the campaign trail in 2007, becoming South Carolina Communications Director for Governor Mitt Romney’s (R-MA) presidential campaign. Following Senator McCain’s victory in the Republican primaries, Will moved to Citizens United, where he managed the communications effort throughout the course of the landmark First Amendment case, Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission.
Will is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and resides in Washington, D.C.
